If you use PassWhy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

PassWhy provides hosted software for credential, secret and recovery key management with role-based access and audit logging.

Features vary by plan. We may update the service with reasonable notice for material changes.

Accounts & security

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials to your account and for activity under your organization.

You must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassWhy is provided "as is" with disclaimers of warranties.

Liability caps and exclusions apply as set forth in your order form or master subscription agreement.
