By using passwhy you agree to these terms, applicable subscription plans, acceptable use policies and data processing agreements where required for business and partner customers.

Service scope

passwhy provides credential, secrets, asset and access management for personal, business and partner workspaces. Features and limits vary by plan. Availability and support levels are described on the Pricing page.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for lawful business or personal credential management
• Do not attempt to bypass encryption, access controls or audit boundaries
• Maintain accurate account information and protect authentication factors

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at purchase. Downgrades, cancellations and refunds follow the plan terms presented at checkout unless a separate enterprise agreement applies.

Enterprise & partner agreements

Enterprise and partner customers may execute custom SLAs, DPAs and white-label terms. Contact sales for contract copies.
